Our Townhouse Apartment was built in the 1940s and as small as it is, there are a lot of the design elements that stand out. Large amounts of windows that let in amazing lighting from sunrise to sunset. To be able to have a private patio and garden as well as an interior design that creates a cozy atmosphere…. it truly is a gift we appreciate, even if it is a rented one!

Hi there, My name is Julia! Together with my husband Friday, we are finally creating the space of our dreams. Ok, my dreams :))
Our Townhouse Apartment started because we truly love this apartment. We have had great times and very difficult times here and for now we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. So how can we thank her? I would say by making her pretty and taking care of her as much as she has taken care of us.
I decided to start this blog as a way to journal our journey in transforming our cozy townhouse apartment into a place of our very own with rental friendly projects as well as sharing bits and pieces of our lives.
Though, it is true that our current place is a rental, we feel it doesn’t mean we should deprive her of personality. To the contrary, this has only made us have an appreciation for where we are at this time in our life as well as who and what we are sharing our life with.
I am hopeful that we can give Our Townhouse Apartment the proper acknowledgement through our decor and garden design. I am also hopeful that we can perhaps share an idea or two with you that will inspire your very own creativity in your own endeavors.
So I welcome you to visit awhile because this will be the place I will share my love for our home and everything in it.
xo, Julia
